Terms of service

The service

Solutions provides business storefront pages for links, services, products, portfolios, and documents. Customer shopping and appointment booking are outside the current service. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their content and their rights to distribute it.

Subscription and access

New-customer setup is $250 USD, plus a $50 USD monthly subscription. The first payment is $300 USD, followed by $50 USD per month. Setup includes the custom digital business card, NFC chip, activation, delivery and lifetime chip warranty. Existing subscriptions are not retroactively charged a setup fee. Paid access requires confirmed initial payment and verified account activation. Cancellation scheduled for period end retains access until the paid term expires. Failed renewals receive seven days of grace; voluntary cancellation alone does not receive additional grace. After grace, public access and editing are suspended, while billing recovery remains available.

Content and acceptable use

Do not upload malicious files, unlawful content, unlicensed materials, or personal data without authority. Arbitrary script embeds are not supported. The final acceptable-use and moderation processes must be reviewed before launch.

Retention and deletion

Suspension does not automatically delete business content or files. The retention period and account deletion process are configurable operational decisions that must be finalized and disclosed before launch.

Items requiring legal review

Provider identity and contact details, taxes and billing disclosures, refund rights, card design and delivery arrangements, the lifetime chip warranty claim process and scope, dispute resolution, liability, applicable law, content enforcement, export and deletion timelines, and notice of changes remain to be completed.
